Simplicity is the Key to Success

Before heading out to work or starting a trip, always make sure to take the following with you:

Supplements: Your DNL or other supplements (if required).

Quick Energy: A piece of fruit or a pre-prepared smoothie.

The Main Meal: Take a few minutes to pack a sealed container with a fresh salad, along with a hard-boiled egg, a tin of tuna, or a sweet potato.

Hydration: It is highly recommended to bring a small bottle of green tea and, of course, a large bottle of water.
