Fasting Guidelines

 

The Day Before the Fast:

Meals: Eat your regular meals as planned.

Hydration: Drink more water than usual throughout the day to prepare your body.

Support: For those interested, we offer specialized drops to be taken on the eve of the fast to help ease the process and reduce discomfort.
 

Breaking the Fast:

Immediately after the fast: Eat 2 dates (Medjool dates are preferred) to provide the body with immediate natural energy.

Timing of the main meal: If the fast ends early: Wait 1–2 hours before eating dinner.
If the fast ends late: You may have dinner immediately.

 

Recommended Post-Fast Dinner:

"Orange" Vegetable Soup: Prepare a soup with 150g pumpkin, 2 carrots, and one medium sweet potato.

Seasoning: You can add nutmeg, fresh garlic to taste, and ginger root. Orange vegetables are excellent for quickly restoring the body's energy levels.

Protein: A regular protein serving (egg, fish, etc.) + a fresh salad.
